The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see, and how to travel around Paris. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and a great assortment of refreshments. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is fantastic, there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets. The Metro is a short walk away and most of the famous monuments are a walk-able distance. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff are very nice and helpful . The snacks daily from 2pm till 2 am are wonderful and I have to admit I used that every day . The area itself is very nice with a bakery around the corner and May I say an amazing one ! I mean really great stuff daily . Lots of restaurants and good options and steps away from the line 9 and line 1 metros . Definitely coming back .

Room was very spacious, clean, well appointed and had all amenities one would expecct - mini-bar, safe, coffee & tea station, ample power outlets, a huge, comfortble double-bed. Just excellent quaslity overall. En-suite bathroom was also great. Breakfast is a buffet, wiht a wide range of well prepared, tasty hot and cold dishes. Could not ask for more - wish one could have that all day. The staff was super-friendly and helpful - and always ready to support. Every member of staff was knowledgable, apporachable and went out of their way to make it a nice and welcoming stay. Every one of them has been a credit to Bradford- Elysees - Astotel.

The hotel is located near the metro, on a quiet street. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly, everyone is ready to help in person and online. Loved the benefit of the free buffet. The hotel has a luxury elevator. The room is decorated very stylishly, it is pleasant to stay in it. The bathroom has expensive hygiene products.

This hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, shopping stores and even a market just a few steps from the hotel. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices, but the best thing is that they have beverages and sweet cakes or pastries for their guests with no charge at all. That is an amazing plus! We will definitely come back to this hotel our next time in Paris.

Communication and the location and everything to be honest. It was a good stay I organised for my uncle and his friend. Nasreen, the receptionist, was quite helpful and prompt in sending me the information I needed and I was able to sort out everything before his trip. So, all in all it was a good stay according to my uncle and my experience before hand.

I stumbled upon this hotel on booking and decided to give it a chance. I was not disappointed when I arrived as it did meet my expectations. The room was lovely with a very nice balcony overlooking the Parisian street the hotel was on. Everything was clean, and the room was spacious compared to other hotels in Champs Elysées. I like the concept of having a refreshment buffet by the reception that you can access all day. I would definitely consider coming back on my next trip to Paris.
